Each letter of the alphabet is spelled out using a food that starts with that letter — for example: A is for asparagus, B is for black beans — and the color scheme for each composition is monochromatic. The Edible Alphabet was photographed, styled and art directed by yours truly — with the exception of E which was photographed by Brian Weiss.
